Refund Policy

 

Spanroomes (hereinafter referred to as “I” or “we”) provides product sales and after-sales support through our online store. This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store.

Return & Exchange Validity (45 Days After Delivery)

You may request a return or exchange within 45 days from the date the parcel is marked as delivered. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Conditions

You may request a return or exchange under the following situations:

  1. The item shows external damage, defects, or noticeable flaws

  2. The item has quality issues that affect normal use

  3. The item has abnormal odor, significant color deviation, or other issues affecting use or experience

  4. The item received does not match the order

  5. Return or exchange without reason (item must remain in good condition; see fee rules)

Return / Exchange Process

If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us by email or phone to request a return or exchange, and provide your order number, proof of purchase, reason for return or exchange, and related photos or videos;

  2. Our support team will review your request. If approved, we will notify you using your provided contact details and provide a return address;

  3. You must send the item back to the return address we provide and wait for us to receive it;

  4. After the returned item is received, we will inspect its condition against your report.

    • If the request is for a return, the refund process will begin

    • If the request is for an exchange, we will arrange shipment of the replacement item within 1–3 business days to your address

Refund Instructions

Once the return is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1 to 3 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method (such as a bank card, Visa, MasterCard, etc.). If you do not receive the refund within the expected time, please contact us for assistance.

Fee Rules

  1. If the return or exchange is due to external damage, quality issues, odor, significant color deviation, or mismatched goods, all shipping costs will be covered by us;

  2. If the return or exchange is requested without reason, the shipping cost will be borne by you;

Responsibility Statement

We will process your request according to the information you provide and the actual condition of the returned item.
If issues arise due to incorrect address details, inability to receive the parcel, or failure to return the item as required, we will assist where possible, but related delays or risks are the responsibility of the recipient.
