Shipping to any other countries or regions is not supported at this time.

All listed prices include applicable taxes.

3. Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed and successfully paid before 18:00 (Sydney time) will start processing the same day.
Orders confirmed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
If the order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the following business day.

4. Shipping Processing Time

Order handling typically requires 1–3 business days.
Actual processing time may vary depending on volume, seasonal factors, and holidays.

5. Shipping Timeframe

Once dispatched, shipments are expected to arrive within 6–10 business days.
The estimated timeframe may be affected by weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We arrange shipments through one of the following major carriers based on location and service availability:

7. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Customers may use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor progress.
If tracking is unavailable for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.

8. Liability Statement

1. If parcels are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, related costs may apply.

2. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, unexpected factors such as weather, transport delays, or road conditions may affect arrival time.

3. If a parcel is returned and reshipment is requested, additional fees may be applied based on checkout confirmation.

9. Receipt & Inspection

Please check the parcel upon receipt and confirm that the packaging is intact.
